NOTE: Registrations generally open two weeks prior to the event and close the day prior to the event, at 12 pm, due to catering requirements with our location vendor. If you have missed the registration deadline, please contact our gvhra.membership@gmail.com to inquire if there will be available seating. If you register and do not attend you are still required to pay the registration/meeting fee. Anyone registering after the deadline above will pay a $10 late registration fee (this includes walk ins).

Recording / Social Media *

If events are being captured through webinar, meetings will be recorded. Your voice, messages and face (if showing camera) may show up during the recordings. Additionally, during meetings, the GVHRA board may be taking photos for social media and newsletters. You may show up on these platforms.
